The ingredients for this recipe are: 3/4 cup of oatmeal, 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 Tablespoons of Wheat Germ, 1 Teaspoon of Fiber-sure, a peanut butter packet, 1/2 cup of dried apples, 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon, and a dash of salt.
