I always like using my canteeen cup for cooking, plus when you get comfortable with any equiptment its just easier to use. I have had a lot of requests to cook rice, not instant but actual rice, like you would have in your food storage. Being prepared is key. But cooking from your food storages everyday , means when you are in an actual emergency there is no guess work to your life style cause you've been doing it everyday already.
